The N connection is fine, but the SMA is out of specification.
So if you need to connect and never touch it again, maybe that's okay, but screwing this SMA plug into a SMA jack will break it. The center pin protrudes too far, which could damage the socket pin on the mating connector. It's probably fine as a cheap solution for connecting some cheap cables, but not for something you'd plug into expensive equipment.
