Ideal for iPad; better than dvd player!

We had a DVD player in the minivan but it eventually broke, not to mention we had problems with it (who has a DVD anyway) and couldn't watch Netflix on it (although it had an HDMI port, there were copy protection circuits preventing us from playing Netflix!). Currently the best option is to install an iPad with shows/movies preinstalled. The kids love it and it's very stable even when the kids play with it.

Cheap plastic is good for tablet accessories

It's cheaply made. When tightening to make sure it wouldn't move, the plastic broke off around the screw. Used less than a month. The areas where the screws are are in need of reinforcement and this will be a great product.

Perfect for toddlers

Great for toddlers! My baby can watch her movies and I can move the device far enough away from her that her feet can't touch the tablet. At first I was concerned that it only attaches to a headrest bar, but it seems solid.

Oh that's great if you can get a headrest attachment

So this thing will not fit most headrests. I actually thought I would break it. But it's included. I think if they made a different way of attaching it to the headrest it would be better. They provided a strip of rubber to act as a spacer to prevent the part from slipping off if the clamp was larger and incorporated a thicker spacer that would actually be more universal for cars (I have a Hyundai, my husband has one Mazda, I've also tried it on Chevrolet, Ford, GMC and Toyota, so many different

Doesn't decompose for mounts

The only negative (4 stars not worthy of 5) dislike was that I can't use this product if the device has a case. I have used it for my sons and can't imagine taking their cases off to watch their movies. It makes me nervous to think that one hit and everything will fall apart.

Returned used does not fit

I assumed our cars were 'standard' and this would fit our headrest. no We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Fiat 500 and the bracket does not fit on either headrest. The return process was easy, a few clicks and a drive to Kolya, and the money was credited the same day.

I love it for road trips!

We used it on a long car ride for the kids. This is a great product! Worked very well. Easy to install and nice to turn. I just wish it would move forward or get closer because the kids couldn't reach it when strapped in their car seat. Overall great for car rides and holds up very well on iPads and tablets!
