And since I don’t go hiking alone, we distribute all the weight among ourselves, I take all the weights - sort of like balloons, a tent, a sleeping bag, a burner, an ax, iron. And the girl is all fluff - things, a towel, a sheet, etc. If for one, then only things will fit on the weekend; no frills (only a tent, a summer sleeping bag or a sheet, a microfiber towel, a balloon, a burner and some food + a trifle in the form of a cup in a saucepan, and all things on yourself). This summer I carried 26 kg over my shoulders, when I had to stomp through the mountains (!) in the hot sun (!) for water. Comfortable suspension helped and physical endurance, well, the actual quality of the materials (a lot of weight + sometimes I had to cuddle up on the goat paths to the mountain and rub against them). 4 buckets of water + food - directly nailed to the ground, but a competent suspension distributed the weight correctly on the pelvis and everything was within the normal range. while the partner had only 15 plus, but at 90 the backpack and the lack of a back and competent support felt clearly uncomfortable.
