After watching some video reviews of this drill I decided to buy it. Given that it's a 21V power tool, you might think it packs a lot of power. Well it isn't. I've had 12v drills that work better. The torque settings are a joke, and as for the supposed function of the hammer drill, hammer says it on the dial, it's just a hammer drill that doesn't even work that well. When installing the door frame repair kit with regular wood screws it stalled, it didn't have enough torque at the maximum setting to get the screws into the wood frame. I've used it to drill a 2 1/4" diameter hole in chipboard with a hole saw and it didn't even make a dent. I used my 20v compact drill and it blew right through. I'm glad I found out about this because I really needed a hammer drill to hang up some shelves and cabinets in my garage. I sent it back for a refund. Save time and money and buy a quality punch like I did.
