Do not shop in boutiques.
Very cute, simple, great price. I saw tortoise shell tires in boutiques all the time and I liked them. I checked Amazon and sure enough they have them for 1/4 the price. I bought for the hoop style but ended up liking the molded hooks best. My only complaint is that the seat backs fall off easily. in them and they were great.
