First of all, zippers are cheap and will bind or loosen. The size is decent but not very durable. It comes folded and has wire frames to hold it in place, but there is nothing to hold those frames in place. The description says "You can leave separate sections for brushes, pens, etc". Doesn't it look like there are split sections? no It's a big open space. There is a small pocket on one side. This is the degree of "disconnected sections". At the top it looks like a zipped compartment but it's just a flap to look inside the bag but not big enough to reach anything. The clips for connecting the shoulder strap, made of thin plastic, shouldn't be able to withstand any significant weight. For the price this is absolutely unacceptable. For half the price of this bag you can get a large travel bag that serves the same purpose. Instead of messing around with the return I have other things it can be used for.
