Uncomfortable Handle, Disappointing Quality

Based on my observations, this product does not live up to its ergonomic claims .The handle is uncomfortable to grip and feels cheaply made. Although it is advertised as ceramic the quality is disappointing. However, it does add SOME variety to the cutlery and knife accessories available in Home and Kitchen..
