I've spent a lot of time looking at the size charts on the website, the Revain size charts (both different) and comments. WE have Italian Greyhounds - I measured them from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and they are 18" and the chest is 22". So I had to decide what to do, so I chose 16" thinking 14" (with a 22" circumference) would be too short. Well this thing was huge! Went past the end of her tail and collected at her neck as well! I sent it back for a refund and will try the 14 inch version. But I still don't pay the shipping cost due to the return. My advice is to call the company and speak to them directly about your size. I think I'll do that before ordering the next one. I will also update my review when I try the next one.
