Since it was bought abroad, it didn’t make much sense to write to the store, so I wrote in the form of a guarantee through the manufacturer’s website. They did not answer immediately, but the detail was changed. While waiting, I installed box cooling on the Ryzen 5 1600, under load on the Aida stress test it warmed up to 64 degrees (on the diode). After installing Shadow Rock, the temperature dropped by 11 (!) degrees, to 53. Verdict - satisfied with both the purchase and the service from the manufacturer. PS: Of course, you can install it inside the assembled case (which I did), but it's much more convenient to mount it on a bare motherboard, because. you need to get nuts into the screws on one side and twist with a screwdriver on the other.
