Of course one size doesn't fit all unless it's a quality material. However, this case may be suitable for some people. So, of course, this review is based on my own hand shape, length. If you are a tall person, this sleeve will be too short - a good two or three inches from where it should reach. Also, its shape seems too wide at the top, too loose. So if your shoulder is thin and long, this cuff will not compress your shoulder enough. So it slides too. However, if you're relatively short and have a thin forearm and large upper arm, you might be fine. The material makes a robust impression and the price is great. However, it's not worth it if it doesn't even reach or compress the shoulder. Again, it would be great for the right hand/body type. Maybe the company will make more sizes in the future?
