I couldn't stop tossing and turning in the second trimester. It helped me stay in one place and relax for once! It keeps me from rolling over easily, which helps when I'm restless and having trouble sleeping. It's very soft and big enough to share space with my pup and husband. I use it in our double bed and feel like it leaves room for everyone. I like that the "arms" are flexible so if I need more room I can slide the pillow around to make room or even fold it up so I can snuggle up against my husband's side. My only complaint is that the filling moves, so I have to shake it up every few days to keep the filling distributed. However, this is quite easy to do!
