I like that it helps me see what my employees are doing at any given time while they're working. It also helps keep track of who's where when its time for meetings or training courses. And you can set up alerts so you know if someone leaves their computer unattended. There isn't much to dislike about Darwin as far as software goes but there really shouldn't be anything either since it does exactly what it says it will do! We've been able to improve our productivity by having real-time information regarding how many people are present in each room during scheduled events such as team meetings. This has helped us reduce wasted time waiting around.
