Although it made my mouth fresher than ever, even the water tasted strange. After drinking four bottles with no improvement, I tried another brand that contained alcohol, artificial colors, etc. I didn't like it so I decided to try another TheraBreath conditioner. It also seems to make water etc taste weird, but then again my mouth has never felt so good and I really like that it doesn't contain any alcohol or artificial ingredients. For those of you who have crowns, bridges, veneers, etc., alcohol dries them out and makes them prone to breakage. So I use it every night and love how it feels in my mouth. If it fights tooth decay, all the better. I noticed that the strange aftertaste is reduced. That's the only thing I can find wrong with this conditioner. It's a bit pricey compared to other rinses, but aren't our teeth worth it? As adults we only have one set! I will continue to use and reorder. Getting rid of bad stuff is more important to me than a slight aftertaste in my water.
