This is the only deodorant my skin can stand after years of using chemical products from traditional deodorants. The label only says one ingredient that works well for anti-sweating, but may not be as good if you use it after a sweat to remove odor. I use it right after my shower, simply dampening the smooth, stone-like applicator and applying. Leaves no residue and works all day. The label says not to leave it on granite or marble countertops I think because they can get dirty. Be careful not to drop the container on the hard floor as removing the lid may break the crystal stone into small pieces that are no longer usable. This happened to me recently when the stick was a few years old, so I certainly got my money's worth. I've been using it for years and have never had problems with skin inflammation like any other deodorant. A stick lasts more than a year, so it is very economical.
