When I first unpacked the product, I didn't quite understand how to assemble it. Getting the power supply and connecting to the remote control was easy enough, but it wasn't clear how to connect the light to the power supply. The instructions that came with the headlights don't explain anything either. The only instruction they actually gave was that you have to make sure the arrows line up (?!). Anyway, I was poking around on YouTube and found a video from a supplier explaining how to put everything together (search "led wholesalers"). When the product was assembled and everything worked, I was thrilled! That's great! There's a wide range of colors to choose from, the lighting is bright enough and the included remote control is just the icing on the cake. The only thing that ties this whole package together for me and makes it a winner is the remote control, which includes a few useful features. For example, there is a transition/loop effect that transitions cyclically and smoothly from one color to another. You can also set the light to work like a flash, flashing one or more colors. One of my favorite features is the ability to create, save, and recall custom colors. to create any color you like! Now, while the lights are indeed bright, it's worth noting that there are a couple of buttons on the remote that allow the user to adjust the brightness. As mentioned, one of the coolest features of the product is the ability to create custom colors. I have to describe how to do this here, because you won't find it in the manual: There are six buttons on the remote control labeled "DIY". If you click on one of them, the light will switch to DIY mode. This mode allows the user to mix a specified amount of red, green, or blue light together to create custom colors. There are six up and down arrow buttons on the remote control. Each arrow is assigned one of three colors: red, green, and blue. Pressing one of the colored up or down arrow keys blends more or less of that color into the color spectrum. So if you want to create violet, for example, you need to remove all green light from the spectrum by holding down the green down arrow key*. Similarly, you can create different shades of each color by mixing more or less of the three primary colors in different combinations using the up and down arrow keys. When you have a color you like, simply click on the DIY button you originally pressed (to switch to DIY mode) to save that color as the preset for that particular DIY button. There are a total of 6 presets (DIY buttons) on the remote control. To recall a previously saved color, simply click the appropriate DIY button. To make changes to a preset, simply repeat this process. In summary, this is a really great product that can't be beat for the price! However, the company should work to improve it and include proper instructions. However, I can recommend this product unreservedly.
