VNEURON has been very supportive in our efforts through their dedicated team of consultants who have assisted us with creating custom solutions as well ensuring we are able meet all regulatory requirements set forth by FinCEN Guidance documents such CSA 8001 / FIN 485 etc.. The responsiveness from both sales personnel & support teams at any time day or night allows me peace that my clients data will be protected while meeting compliance needs! Nothing really - but if they continue doing business like this I would highly recommend them over other vendors out there!! The main benefit of using this software is that it provides the best solutions to manage risk and compliance in real time. It also helps you to monitor your customers and their activities. One thing i would like to mention is that they should improve the UI and add more features. I dont like the way the application looks and feels. When you are managing a large organization then there will be a lot of data which needs to be monitored. This software allows you to do all that.
