The interface is very intuitive! I was able to create an internal template that could be used by my department members quickly without having to spend time training them how to use it properly. It also allows me to make updates easily from anywhere which makes our process more efficient. There are some things about this system (or lack thereof). I like that it allows you to send emails directly from your inbox without having to leave an email address which can be used by others when sending out information. We use kleas mainly because it works well across all our offices globally allowing us access at any time from anywhere via mobile phone/ laptop etc - so no need to be sitting next someone when working! I like that it has a variety of software options and allows me to use my own templates from other programs. I feel very comfortable using this software because it is customizable.
