Review on KLEA by Vedprakash Trilltight

The interface is very intuitive! I was able to create an internal template that could be used by my department members quickly without having to spend time training them how to use it properly. It also allows me to make updates easily from anywhere which makes our process more efficient. There are some things about this system (or lack thereof). For one, there should have been better documentation/help when using klea initially because we had many questions throughout implementation phase. Secondly, after you set up your initial templates, they seem like forever once added so updating can take quite awhile if not careful. We've streamlined processes through this software but haven't seen any substantial decrease in turnaround times yet. Overall benefits include increased efficiency since everything now flows much smoother than before, fewer errors during data entry, etc.
