These mounts work well but need to be installed correctly to be stable. Unfortunately, they don't come with instructions, so you'll have to do the installation yourself. Some reviews complain about the bed being wobbly, I suspect it's because they weren't installed properly. I learned through trial and error and uploaded some pics to hopefully help others. I just fitted these brackets to a custom made king bed. The bed looks very solid; actually more durable than the expensive store bought bed it replaces. Here's the thing, I believe the brackets in all the photos I've seen aren't installed correctly. If you look at my attached picture, the bracket part is installed with screws on the end of the side rail and the other part (with corner slots) on the bedpost.
