These mounts work well but need to be installed correctly to be stable. Unfortunately, they don't come with instructions, so you'll have to do the installation yourself. Some reviews complain about the bed being wobbly, I suspect it's because they weren't installed properly. I learned through trial and error and uploaded some pics to hopefully help others. Picture 1 shows what not to do, picture 2 shows what's right, and picture 3 shows the importance of a solid connection for stability. Here's what worked for me: - attach the brackets to the head and foot first - line up the rail so there is no gap between the rail and the head/foot - fully loosen the set screws before you drop the position Rail mount so that it is as far away from the head/leg section as possible. I used a spacer to hold it there. (see image 2) - Drill pilot holes for guide bracket and mount - Remove spacer and tighten set screws. It is the connection between the rail and the head/foot board that gives the bed stability, so you should be able to tighten these with the adjustment screws. If there is a gap after getting dressed, the bed will shake.
