The best thing about this software solution was that it helped us in managing our customer data for KYC/AML purposes as well as other regulatory requirements such as GDPR etc., which we were not able do without its help. I liked that this software was easy enough for my small team of 3 people in our organization who weren't programmers or data scientists (but knew how to use Excel) to get up to speed with it quickly - there's no steep learning curve! It took us about two weeks from first install through getting everything set up correctly including proper naming conventions etc. We were able to automate many processes which saved time as well.
