The ease of use from start up through end user implementation was very helpful during our testing phase with other vendors that we evaluated at this time! I also appreciated how fast updates were coming out while still maintaining high quality standards as well (sometimes there's too much change). We can track multiple users at one time which helps us keep an eye out when we need to make changes or additions into our database! The interface of this product could be better since there are many sections that I have no idea how they fit together but aside from those few nitpicks everything works pretty well as far as tracking goes.
