The ease of use from start up through end user implementation was very helpful during our testing phase with other vendors that we evaluated at this time! I also appreciated how fast updates were coming out while still maintaining high quality standards as well (sometimes there's too much change).
It really does help streamline processes within customer information management which has been one area where my team had felt stuck without any real improvements or benefits realized thus far since implementing some new products several years ago now. We are just getting started using their product so only have limited experience yet but hope they continue providing great support via email when needed along side training courses/workshops available online if required throughout deployment process - especially given its complex nature requiring many steps between users completing each stage correctly prior moving forward into next step etc., but overall happy customers here. Automation helps us.
