Sadly, need to give a low rating due to non-existent customer service

I've purchased multiple Fleximount ceiling racks over the past several months and have had a great experience until one set of shelves arrived missing the hardware (screws and bolts) packet. Was initially able to reach customer service, but did not receive follow through promised mailing of hardware. In subsequent follow-up attempts, Customer Service does not answer (in middle of the afternoon on a week day).

Sturdy shelves, deep storage

Overall really nice shelves for additional garage storage. Still waiting on the hooks to really optimize the full capability of the shelving system, but definitely beneficial for getting items off the garage floor, and it's clear that it will support plenty of weight. Bracket installation was fairly easy, but I wish Fleximounts would have paid more attention to the distance between the bolt center and the bracket arm. It's a bit tight trying to fit your tools into that area without flexing the…

Don’t Be Shelfish! Buy these and save space!

I LOVE these shelves. I spent hours looking between Lowe’s and Home Depot for shelving that was not only LIGHTWEIGHT, but also STRONG and STURDY. Finally I gave these a shot and I was pleasantly surprised. Right out of the box the quality was noticeable. The two shelves can be installed either as a corner shelf or side by-side as I did. solid product for my opinion

These are very sturdy shelves and can handle a goodly amount of weight if installed directly into wood studs or concrete walls as recommended. It took me a bit of time to find the wall studs and get things level but once that was done, the installation was all downhill from there. The lag screws included are definitely heavy duty and are not flimsy. Extraordinary strength and design.

I ended up putting these end to end, and bolting them together. They are beyond my expectations, and will hold more weight than I’ll ever put on them. Mounting measurements need to be exact if your intent is to have them level and bolted to each other. Highly recommend.

Super solid with easy and flexible installation.

This shelf system is pricey, but it is solid and will last. I liked the installation flexibility. You can turn a corner, put them side by side, or one unit by itself. I've done all three in my garage. It is flexible if you need to move over a few inches to find a wall stud. Included hardware is good quality. You can also hang hooks from the wire grid, support ribs, or brackets.

Great storage shelves!

These shelves were the perfect addition to our garage for extra storage. A template is provided in the template to make it fool proof on installing these. We were able to put them up quickly and start using them. Very sturdy and well made. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to add high quality storage shelves to their space.

DURABLE SHELVES! 5 STARS.

AMAZING STURDY SHELVES! Definitely recommend going with FlexiMount for all garage and storage needs! These shelves are so durable ! They can carry over 200 lbs and look so nice in our small space. Love love love this product!

Simple Install for a sturdy product

I installed the shelves in their corner configuration and it was a very simple process. It comes with easy to read instructions and a nice cardboard template for the drilling. Just find and mark the studs, place the template and level with the cute included mini level. Then you mark and drill 4 pilot holes then just go from there. You can install it in wood studs or in concrete.Only feedback is that in the corner configuration it means you have to make sure the template is level across two…

**Missing parts** for my opinion

I received two orders of shelving. One had bolts to secure the shelving to the brackets. The other did not. So now I have one useless set of shelving until full set of hardware is supplied

AWESOME SHELVES for my opinion

Best shelving units ever. I have always wanted metal shelves and am so glad I decided on these. They are not bulky like wood shelves, and can easily handle a lot of weight. These are corner units but you can use them for the whole wall, which is what I did. These will not stay with my house if I ever sell.
