This was a great value and the clasps are very sturdy. The only drawback I have is that the pliers are a little bulky for me. I have small hands and it was a bit cumbersome, but my husband helped me and then I was able to figure out a way to clamp it from the side and that worked for me. Very nice and sturdy tool. This is a nice web belt. The free end is tapered so that it goes through belt loops easily. The webbing is good quality. The reason I didn';t give it five stars is that there is another belt for sale on ebay (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D1HAUBW/ref=s9_acsd_hps_bw_c_x_1) that is almost identical, but has thicker, stiffer webbing that makes it resist twisting better when my large cell phone is clipped to it.See full review

Most of the screws were faulty making assembly a challenge. We used this at my son's outdoor wedding on a windy day. It seems sturdy enough until you decorate it with chiffon and a swag, making it a bit top-heavy.
