Very good product which can be integrated easily

I like that it allows for multiple identities (and thus more fraud prevention). It is easy-to-use system in terms of logging into portals/apps required by banks as well as clients themselves. Easy integration with other applications via API - this makes life easier when working from your desktop! Also, support team has been excellent throughout our engagement together so far. Some users may find them cumbersome and difficult at times due to their nature. However, we have not experienced any…

Reliable Software For Storing Documents

It is easy to use for users as it has great functionality. All the documents are stored in cloud storage which makes it more secure and reliable. I have used this software for my banking sector and it has been very helpful. It provides a lot of security to your data. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I have no complaints about the product. I would recommend using Basis ID as it is the most suitable solution for storing KYC documents. We can store our documents here and access them from…

-Very easy-to use-No manual effort involved for data inputs.-Can be used as stand alone application or integrated with other applications like ERP systems. -Easy to manage & monitor user access rights during their working hours.-The ability to send notifications when an account is locked due to expiry date has been very helpful in reducing risk exposure from fraudsters who may try accessing accounts that are past end dates.-It lacks support features which can enhance its capabilities such as…
