-Very easy-to use-No manual effort involved for data inputs.-Can be used as stand alone application or integrated with other applications like ERP systems. -Easy to manage & monitor user access rights during their working hours.-The ability to send notifications when an account is locked due to expiry date has been very helpful in reducing risk exposure from fraudsters who may try accessing accounts that are past end dates.-It lacks support features which can enhance its capabilities such as bulk approval option etc. It would help companies save time by not having to do any additional work once it's implemented into existing processes. Easy to use, it is very reliable as I have used in many different countries with different users and no issues at all! Very easy to use. Not much to dislike about this software. If you are looking for a KYC product that is easy to use and will get the job done then this is the software for you! We had multiple vendors onboarding and managing clients for our company, we realized Basis was by far the easiest and most cost effective way to do so.
