I like that it allows for multiple identities (and thus more fraud prevention). It is easy-to-use system in terms of logging into portals/apps required by banks as well as clients themselves. Easy integration with other applications via API - this makes life easier when working from your desktop! Also, support team has been excellent throughout our engagement together so far. Some users may find them cumbersome and difficult at times due to their nature. However, we have not experienced any issues yet. We are solving problems related to identity management and data governance across teams within one platform using single credentials. Basis ID is very easy to use, quick and reliable. The interface is very intuitive and the support team is very responsive. The price is also very competitive. I have no complaints. I have not used any other KYC verification software. I am currently using Basis ID for the verification of my customers. It is very easy to use and the support team is very responsive. I have not faced any issue so far.
