Review on KOMPUTERBAY Professional COMPACT FLASH Extreme by Robert Johnson

Apart from a few test shots I didn't use this CF card until my April 2014 trip to Rome. After taking several hundred photos with this card in a Canon 5D Mark III, I got a card reading error. Followed the instructions to turn off the camera, reinstall the card, etc. but still the same error. Luckily I was able to upload the photos to my iPad. After returning home I tried the card again with the same error. Tried reformatting to no avail. Now I'm running an application to get all the data from the card. As the return period for this item has expired, the card will be sent to the trash after the data recovery program is completed. I can't afford bad cards so this will be my last Komputer Bay CF card. I will use Lexar or Sandisk CF cards. They're more expensive, but I've never had a bad card.
