Very important! - Computers and accessories

When you look at other brands of compact flash memory chips, this really is great value for money. I paid the same for 8GB cards. I have two Canon DSLRs and mostly shoot wildlife. Bird photography in particular requires a series of in-flight shots. Sometimes the situation calls for multiple exposure flashes that follow each other in quick succession. At 600x, these relatively inexpensive chips will get the job done. You also have plenty of space for video recordings with 32 GB. I shopped at low

On 5D Mark 2 card On CompactFlash cards

I bought this CF card with great confidence, this is my second purchase, I have 3 of these, works great with everything from music to high quality video . I use the Canon 5d Mark 2, used for filming, one of them is the well-known Valor, I shoot with the 5D Mark 2, the card holds perfectly, fast, very reliable and I'm sure I would , if I had problems get you another one, they all work like horses with my camera. Camera read error good for computers & accessories

Apart from a few test shots I didn't use this CF card until my April 2014 trip to Rome. After taking several hundred photos with this card in a Canon 5D Mark III, I got a card reading error. Followed the instructions to turn off the camera, reinstall the card, etc. but still the same error. Luckily I was able to upload the photos to my iPad. After returning home I tried the card again with the same error. Tried reformatting to no avail. Now I'm running an application to get all the data from…

Great option for more expensive cards

I bought a couple of these cards to use on a trip to the glacier region after buying a new camera that used compact flash instead of SDHC. The sticker shock of some of the other 32GB cards available was pushing my budget, so I hesitantly decided to try them since the reviews I read were positive. I filled two of them completely on my trip and started with the third. When I got home I popped them into a USB 3 card reader and had no problem loading all my pictures. Transfers were fast (although I

Avoid if you are a professional photographer or filmmaker.

This card was purchased to replace a Duracell 32GB 600x memory card. I was filming out of state for ApartmentGuide.com and after several hours of non stop filming the card died. I got an error message on my 7D, the ticket exchange ended on my deadline, they went to my hotel, nothing about the computer or my camera. I returned home and tried connecting my card via 7d and 3 different card readers. I tried connecting it to different card readers in Windows 8, Windows XP and Ubuntu systems but the…

Two damaged cards

I recently bought 2 of these and until today everything seemed to be found. After 400 shots he destroyed half of them. I tried to see them in my camera but many said "cannot be displayed". I could still see the others but after a while they all got confused like it was spreading and spreading. I tried to format the CF in the camera but the camera couldn't format it. Luckily I was able to format it on my computer. When I tried to upload photos on the computer, the hourglass just went in circles;

One of two jobs.

So far I've only had one problem with this card. I have yet to buy a card reader that can test full speed, so I can't claim the speed is 600x. It seemed that my USB 2.0 card reader was maxed out. The problem I had was that it seemed to require a lot of energy. So much so that the first USB cable I used just wasn't strong enough to power the card and it fell out while transferring data. I can actually hear (loudly) the power consumption of my speakers when accessing data on this card (more of a…
