So far I've only had one problem with this card. I have yet to buy a card reader that can test full speed, so I can't claim the speed is 600x. It seemed that my USB 2.0 card reader was maxed out. The problem I had was that it seemed to require a lot of energy. So much so that the first USB cable I used just wasn't strong enough to power the card and it fell out while transferring data. I can actually hear (loudly) the power consumption of my speakers when accessing data on this card (more of a computer problem than a card problem, but this shows the power consumption of this card). This isn't really an issue with the card itself, just something to be aware of. Make sure you are using a card reader cable that meets the power requirements. A short and thick USB cable or a card reader that does not require a cable is ideal. So far I've filmed an event with this card and haven't had any problems with it. I have ordered a second card to be delivered today. I usually don't take a star for not being able to plug it into the product itself, but this card is the only card I own that has issues with the thinner USB. Cable. When my data is absolutely critical and failure is not an option, I have to admit that the card falls out, as if it scared me a little. Overall, though, it seems like a great card. It's fast. That's 32GB. And it works as expected, beyond the power requirement. I will update if anything changes in the future or if anything changes with the second map. ***EDIT*** The second card works fine. However, the first card had a different problem. I went to shoot the 5K Run and used my first card. When I passed the card to be read, it didn't work in the card reader they were using. It was a professional reader. Luckily I had a cheap card reader with me and they could use it to take pictures of the card. Neither I nor the other 5 photographers had any problems with any other card. My second card read normally in its reader. This required a downgrading to three stars. I don't know why the reader couldn't read it. *** Edit again January 2015 *** After using both cards for a long time, one of the cards simply can no longer be used. This is the one that could not be read in the reader. It "disconnects" from the reader too many times and I end up losing data. It usually drops out a couple of times per 4GB transfer or so. Since it works fine in my camera, the camera itself is the only "reader" I can use to transfer data from this card with any reliability. Not suitable. My second card works fine, no problem.
