Does it really help with skin and coat

I've read all the reviews that your cat love these treats but I specifically bought the one for skin and coat I've read no reviews where it said any cat benefited in improving their skin and coat has anyone had any success or improvement in their cats skin mine has allergies and itches constantly I've only given it to him one day today but if anyone has any promising reviews of any improvement on their cat's skin or itching please post it
