A few hours after receiving the box at my doorstep, I had already packed it with everything needed for an overnight trip; There was no doubt that this would become my new favorite backpack. I was so amazed at the quality of this bag when I unboxed it. The nylon is so soft, the handles are smooth and comfortable, and the backpack straps were the most comfortable of the other three backpacks I got from Revain. I plan to use this for trips to Spain and as a teachers bag. The luggage strap/secret pocket on the back was exactly what I was hoping for when traveling and the laptop sleeve exceeded my expectations (my laptop is a bit larger and very few laptop backpacks lock around it, but this bag fits all 15" laptops comfortably with no obvious/uncomfortable bulges at the seams). I love big bags and was hoping to transport my stuff across Europe with the added protection of a zipped backpack if need be. Haven't tried wearing it in the rain yet to test the water resistance but judging by the material I think it should handle it well. I got the teal because the shipping was faster, but I ended up liking the green/turquoise/cream/tan combo a lot more than I thought it would. My only minor complaint would be that the lining of the bag is black and it's pretty hard to see what's inside. not impossible, but still hard. All in all I think this is my new favorite bag.
