Not suitable for glass

I bought this product to paint some glass etching work and it didn't work as I thought it would. He went. I have read the instructions and there is no mention of glass as an item that can be used for this oil paint.

Save your ink!

Designed a print for the Speech and Drama team. Gamblin and Speedball oil paints are very similar. The small tubes are great because they prevent the ink from clumping, but it's nice to be able to put the recycled ink back into the big jar. When using jars I place parchment paper directly over the ink and petroleum jelly around the lid for easy access to the ink again.

Very well done to redesign the dial.

I have several vintage WW2 marine clocks that have engraved letters and numbers filled in white with a black dial finish. The black suffers from all the abuse from years of setting the time and keys slipping out of the movement leaving scratches on the black part of the dial. Also, some of these 70+ year old watches have paint issues associated with fading and water stains. I needed a way to cover the black so the ink doesn't get into the engraved white areas.
