Pros: The chair is comfortable but needs some form of lumbar support, there is none for the lower back. The mesh seat is comfortable and doesn't numb the buttocks like some chairs do after hours of sitting. Adjustable armrests are good. I love how they twist and pull back for your elbows depending on how you're sitting in your chair. Cons: The instructions for chairs are wrong for this product. I was also missing screws and washers. I had to buy additional tools at the hardware store. No wood and no adjustable headrest. My final thoughts: I bought the chair on a bargain or flash sale. Only spent $81 after taxes. For the price, this chair can't be beat. But for the new price of around 330, this chair is not worth the money. If you want a great chair for less than $200 with a full guarantee, get the braces and buy their FlexFit™ Hyken Mesh Chair. It has all the features (except pivoting armrests) for around $160.
