Review on 🍽️ Optimized Corelle Livingware 4 Inch Serving Platter by Jeff Addison

Last November, just before Thanksgiving, I bought 2 of these 12 1/4" Corelle serving platters. I planned to use the first course to serve chicken (I know, I know, tradition is Turkey but usually only 4 people, or at most 6 people at our Thanksgiving dinner - and 3 out of 6 vegetarians and due to 3 remaining omnivores 1 doesn't like turkey, not worth buying even the smallest turkey for just 2 people, instead, I just roast a whole chicken) and I planned to use the 2nd course to serve the vegetarian "Tofurkey" or "Field" roast roast turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.Despite listing that those platters are chip resistant, unfortunately one of the two panels was definitely badly chipped when it arrived, leaving, worse, a sharp edge that made it unsafe to use I don't know if it was chipped when shipped or broke in transit, but it was disappointing that it was chipped, especially when the listing specifically says it's chip resistant. ") and I really like it. It's quite a wide and roomy dish. If I remember correctly, it was big enough to securely hold and garnish around a large, whole roast chicken with vegetables. Go for the largest Part I am happy with this dish and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that 1 of 2 plates arrived chipped but as long as you are careful not to hit or drop this dish should you are fine ★☆★ ☆ 4 STARS!
