I have already purchased a PSO-Rite for my very tight psoas. I haven't used it much yet, but it seems to have helped a little. I also bought the PSO back which I have to say straight out of the gate, got rid of some of the kinks straight away and gave me that nice "snap" you get when the knot is untied. I bought a PSO neck and I think it will help as well. I love that each device is tailored to the area it is intended for to give a comfortable massage while bringing much needed relief.
