2 hours for a full charge when using / 2017 MacBook

I have a 2017 13" Macbook I chose this cable as it was the right wattage for my MacBook model (60W). seems to have. When charging my laptop while I was using it, this cable took about 2 hours to get my computer from 15% to 100%. I think it's good.
