Brushes of this model were purchased almost 2 years ago in a set of two brushes (purple and black). Took myself and my wife. I also took a third child (white). I can say that in general they worked fine. Worse or better than other electric ones? Yes, about the same (before that there was experience in using the other two manufacturers). The first one stopped working after a year. It just stopped turning on. Took it in for warranty repair. Got a second one a few days later. A third month later. Two brushes worked after the service (an exchange was made) for about a year. And again refusal. One does not turn on, the other turns on, but lives its own life. Took it to the service. The service took away the brushes. Then they gave some kind of act that they were not repairable with the words "Contact Philips." Contacted Philips. Phillips said that in order to do something, find receipts for the purchase. Here I admit my mistake that I did not keep the receipt for toothbrushes. I don't even remember where I bought them. Although initially they were accepted into the service by serial number. As a result, the brushes themselves were not returned. It is not possible to change them. Only one of three survived. And an act of unsuitability for repair. We will have to conduct a preventive conversation with the child about non-compliance with the rules of oral hygiene. ) Well, or a miracle happened with the third brush.
