Could not view on LTS DVR. Went crazy. Did this: Access camera via web viewer. (If you don't know how to do that; type in your camera address '192.168.0 xxx' into browser, and you'll get a pop up asking you to download, and install the web viewer. Install it, and type the camera's address in the browser again.) Click Remote Setting tab/system/encode Then in the Resolution column, set the 2nd box to D1 and click save. That should do it. If not try lowering the first box to 720, Set the Frame rate to 1 and 1 Set Quality to worst and worst. Then click save.this should work. If so go back to the web viewer, and increase the settings you just changed back to where they were one by one, checking to see if any of the settings screw it up.
