The most useful feature we like best in this system was it's ability to upload documents via FTP/SFTP which made things easier when dealing with international shipments of goods with many regulations involved. Also one can access all information about their shipment from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. It has been hard at times figuring out what exactly went wrong during the process of shipping your item because there are so much info that you need to check before giving final approval or disapproval over something going awry. This tool will help streamline processes between parties who ship items internationally by making tracking easy and efficient. We use it mainly for our e-commerce business but sometimes do receive shipments through other methods such as USPS mail. Shipping timeframes were greatly reduced thanks to more accurate estimates being provided by the program than those offered elsewhere online (sometimes even after waiting weeks).
