uShip PRO - Great product, but no room service

I like that it can be customized for our needs as we are in shipping very specific products. Their support team has been great at responding quickly and also have good suggestions for features when they don't know how to implement them themselves! We haven't found anything yet. It's easy to use once you figure out their system and navigate through all of the options. They do not offer any other services outside of Shipping so if you need help with invoicing or accounting this isn't something…

  • Customization available
  • Can run completely offline without network access required, which is ideal given most warehouse employees only get wifi internet but no reliable connection otherwise.
  • Multiple user roles managers/shippers who both upload orders & process payments; order pickers those picking up items directlyfrom vendors etc..and drivers.

U-SHIP Pro has helped us with our business in a great way!

The ability for carriers/freight forwarders or brokerages like us to track all of our shipments in one place allows me to have visibility into my business at any given time. I can also see where we are within each shipment as well which has helped expedite payments when necessary. It's not always easy tracking down information about certain types of cargo that may be out there but with this system it makes finding what you need much easier than having multiple systems. The platform allows customers to automate every aspect of their shipping business and easily collaborate with carriers, partners, suppliers, etc. I like the user interface, the product does exactly what I want and it's simple to use. You can choose to pay per shipment, ship as many as you want and pay when your ship has been accepted by a carrier or if your carrier picks it up. It takes care of all the details. You just ship.   • The user interface allows the user to be able to understand everything very fast.
  • Shipping management is very straightforward to use and allows for the user to understand how everything works.
  • uShip allows for real time collaboration, it is great for internal users to manage multiple shipments from one place and external users to create invoices, track shipments, etc.
Cons
  • Shipping rates are not included in the monthly price.
  • You cannot access the account history unless you signup for an account.
