Two big problems: The yellow cartridge was leaking at about 25 pages, it stopped now. This was usually the first page in a series, I even went so far as to use a blank page as the first page of my print jobs. The black cartridge I recently replaced is faded; I use it but may change it soon if I need the default darkness for my letters, envelopes etc. And I didn't use any of the cartridges right away, so when I discovered these issues it was too late to return them. Cartridges are a product that usually has a long shelf life, so I think they should have a longer return period. Edit: The seller contacted me shortly after I posted this review and they offered a replacement or refund as well as a gift card, I accepted their offer and they quickly provided both.
