Fortunately, True Image has a satisfaction guarantee and has endeavored to rectify the situation, offering a full refund or tech support to go back to previous drivers. Two big problems: The yellow cartridge was leaking at about 25 pages, it stopped now. This was usually the first page in a series, I even went so far as to use a blank page as the first page of my print jobs. The reviews for this HP replacement toner sounded really good so I figured it would work great! It's awful - the pages have streaks and fading and you can see more than one color where there should only be one color. And if you print a black and white page after you've just printed something in color, it gets streaked with faded color all over the page and you can't read it.
