This knife is good quality. I had bought another like this before and I needed a second for another person in my kitchen to chop. It is very comparable to the other, including blade size, handle size, and price. I primarily chop vegetables for cooking. Mushrooms, onions, peppers, brussel sprouts and tofu and such. This was relatively easy to use considering I don’t do my own nails. Be careful when you use the activator. It is rather important not to get it on anything other than the nail bed itself. Filing and buffing is an art dealer choir over a period of time using it. I am visually impaired and was still able to do a relatively good job of applying the product.
