Lightweight. Good overall quality

This knife is good quality. I had bought another like this before and I needed a second for another person in my kitchen to chop. It is very comparable to the other, including blade size, handle size, and price. I primarily chop vegetables for cooking. Mushrooms, onions, peppers, brussel sprouts and tofu and such. Every now and again I’ll chop bacon or chicken but probably only once a month and I haven’t tested on those yet. I don’t expect any issue. This knife is lighter weight all around than my others. Handle, blade are lighter and the blade is a bit thinner in width at the back. Overall the knife is balanced. The handle is a little slicker which isn’t a bad thing just take a little getting used to. I wouldn’t want to have wet hands but that is a good rule for handling a knife in general. The packaging was formal enough it easily could have been a gift for someone who likes to work in the kitchen. The video shows the knife packaging if you want to see it before buying. Everything about the product matched the images and advertisements. The blade was sharpened already too so I haven’t had to sharpen it yet. I would get another if I had need but I expect this to last.

Pros
  • It is perfect for preparing the ingredients of a salad or garnishing plated dishes
Cons
  • The handle can become damaged over time due to normal wear and tear
