Loved this faucet in the beginning. I've been using it for about 4 months. The spray pattern causes water to spray everywhere. I've tried adjusting it and it keeps getting worse. I also have a large sink and the hose on this is not long enough to spray down the entire sink. This faucet is great! I’m surprised at the quality since it was inexpensive. Our faucet broke and we just kinda lived with it since at replacements at lowes were $150-$300. Finally got fed up with it being broken ordered this one and it came next day. Easy to instal and I love the black. Definitely worth it and it and it’s looks really nice !

This replaced an older faucet with separate H/C handles and the separate sprayer. It went in easily and works great. Having just one control for H/C makes temperature control much more efficient, and the pulldown sprayer puts out a better spray than the old sprayer did.

I’m not really a plumber at all. I’m just too cheap to pay for one if I think I can do it myself. This was so easy and fast. It was more difficult removing my old faucet than installing this new one. This install is incredibly easy and requires minimal tools. We bought this Fossett five years ago and it’s still working beautifully. We have it hooked up to a reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink. The Fossett can be rotated side to side if you want. We haven’t had any problems with this and it works very efficiently.

The hose is high and there isn’t much pull on the hose to hose down your sink bowl. That was my biggest issue. The black rope on the gold also does not look on par to a quality faucet. Over all it’s a large faucet so it was also overpowering my kitchen and competing with my pendant lights above the island. Easy to install but again the lack of ability to maneuver the spout itself is a big return factor for me. Good customer service tho.

The faucet was easy to install. You just put the top side ring on the faucet and set it through the sink hole. Underneath you thread on a gasket and metal washer and secure it with a threaded plate with four tabs to use to tighten it to the sink. Then there is a plastic snap on water connector for either 1/4” or 3/8” plastic tubing. You just push the connector on both the tubing and the faucet stem. Very easy to do. We had a 24 yr old bronze kitchen sink faucet, and a 10 year old chrome kitchen sink filter faucet. Replaced them both with these 2 that match. Actually bought a second sink faucet for our laundry room sink. Great value, and it's nice having the big and small kitchen sink faucet match. I'll report back if they don't hold up.

Initially we had an issue with the handle being hard to turn on or off, very stiff. But everything else about the faucet is good. Customer service contacted me about the issues we had and sent a replacement faucet within a week. The new faucet easier to turn on and off. Thanks for the customer support.

I'm going to give this product 3 stars on the day I installed it. The faucet itself looks sharp enough and is functional. I'm going to remove 2 stars for1) Their is no cover for a three hole sink. This faucet is sold as fitting a three hole sink, and it in fact will fit in any of the three holes. But It has no cover for the other two holes. Very nice and beautiful faucet (just installed and haven’t used it a lot yet). The thread tube could be a few millimeters longer. In my setup, it was not long enough for me to install it with the rubber gasket and steel washer.

Easy to install and great quality. Cost efficient- cost less than the crappy ones from my local chain store. And we like saying we love the weewee.

I have installed at least 5 faucets, most from a local hardware store, and all of them I had to run to the store for this that or the other. But only thing I needed other than what came in the box was plumbers tape! I had it up and running in about 20 minutes!
