This shawl/poncho is very nice. It's not heavy, so don't anticipate that it will keep you warm outside in the winter cold. If you live in a climate that is warm year round it would prob be suitable for outdoor use without an additional coat. The material is smooth, slightly silky, but definitely not "clingy"! I ordered this as a Christmas gift. I didn't notice before giving it away that it arrived without any buttons. It was just a nice simple rectangular piece of fabric. Lovely color, soft, but basically just a wrap around.

I was looking for something to wrap around my shoulders after a shoulder surgery. It worked perfectly for that and now I use it more than most of my other jackets or wraps. It looks great and is easy to just take off and on instead of wrestling with something that has sleeves. Can be worn for dress up occasions or casual. Love it!

This poncho is very nicely made. It is very light weight which makes it perfect to take the chill off on those summer evenings. It drapes nicely due to the thin fabric. It's one size fits all. It can be worn in a few different ways which means you can wear it with a lot of different outfits. I plan to order another in dark green teal.

This product is really light weight. If it's fashion you are after then this will be good for you. I wanted something to put on a cool night, you will need something more heavy underneath this.

I'm old. The skin on my arms has issues and tears easily--the slightest bump, ugh! I need to wear something, even in summer. I'm so done with tight sleeves. I love the feel of this shawl. I recommend it to others and will buy more of these.

This is really a very nice wrap for the price. I live in Florida and it is nice to have this in the evenings or at restaurants. Is it super elegant? No, but it gives a nice clean look over a dress or pants. I ended up buy two.

My desire for this poncho was to have a simple cover-up I could carry in my purse to use when a bit chilly in a restaurant or the theater. It works reasonably well, but is slightly bulky. I had prior purchased another one that was a little lighter weight which certainly did the trick the one time I used it. Then I proceeded to lose it!When I checked to re-order, the company was out-of-stock in black.

Love these, this one makes my forth. They are great travelling on planes and can be worn different ways. I have one white, beige, orange/terracotta and then this one. Aim to buy in all the colors as wear a lot. Very slimming if you carry your weight around your tummy

After looking forever, this poncho is just perfect for what I was looking for. It’s elegant (dark grey color), lightweight but substantial enough and drapes beautifully! It’s a little oversized, which is exactly what I wanted (I’m ladies size 16 and 5’8”) for layering or just wearing on its own.
