Addendum: I wrote the review below when HP updated its software to block third-party inks that were literally 1/4th of the price they charge. Fortunately, True Image has a satisfaction guarantee and has endeavored to rectify the situation, offering a full refund or tech support to go back to previous drivers. I like the printer and the $50 ink so I went with the latter. Took 5 minutes and now I'm back and working. Thank you TrueImage! These inexpensive inks worked great until my printer updated the firmware. HP always blackmails us into the most expensive ink on the market. If anyone has a link to the old firmware and how to install it I would be grateful.
