Review on VoIP Lounge Replacement Handset Polycom Office Electronics by Jamie Hyatt

We have 310 Polycom internet phones in our office. It seems that after about 3 years of use the handset gets picky and you can't hear it well or the person on the other end can't hear you well. So I bought one of these headsets and found that 3 out of 5 phones had the same problem. We ended up buying 4 more and that solved our problem perfectly. I even have an extra in case they attack us again. I hope this helps someone to solve the same problems. Many Thanks.
